Come see the collection of presenters we have lined up for Silent Weekend 2014! Signing for Dummies Second Edition author Dr. Adan Penilla will be presenting on Central and South America, Political and Religious Leaders, and Teaming. Dr. Daniel Burch will be returning with twelve hours of instruction covering, theater (think Les Mis), legal, medical law and protocol, and a workshop on Christian frozen text with sermon and hymns practice. We welcome back “Mr. Shineyhead”, Patrick Fischer, with his emphasis on mouth morphemes and storytelling. As first time presenter at our weekend we are excited to have Jim Lipsky a CDI from the Boston area. He will be joined by our team of regulars including Trix Bruce, Paula Browning, Peter Cook, José Granda, Faith Powell, Bill Ross, Crom Saunders, Shannon Simon, Wink Smith and many more.
Advanced signers and interpreters will have up to seven topics to choose from each class period.
Interpreters can earn up to 2.8 RID CEUs.
The 2013 venue had over 500 registered from 32 states.

The 35thSilent Weekend is a voice off venue that welcomes people interested and involved in visual language. Classes are provided for all levels from no functional skill to native like abilities with many opportunities for RID members to earn CEU/ACET’s. Come learn from some of the nation’s top presenters. Participants from all over the country enjoy the atmosphere of camaraderie and fun! The 2013 venue had 32 states represented and more than 500 registered. Registration begins at $100 (Fledgling Level).
